One of the most important principles of web design is making sure your site is readable, or your site's readability.
Website readability is the score/rating/measure of how easy it is for the visitors/users to be able to read and understand the text on your website. It depends on a number of factors:
Font — What font family you use, font size and weight you choose, etc.
Spacing — The amount of letter spacing as well as line height and spacings between blocks of text.
Color Palette — The number of colors do you choose for you palette, how many primary/secondary colors there are, etc.
Higher readability increases your SEO ranking and number of users who visit your website. This is extremely important for businesses whom websites are the main source of marketing and income.
